The bulding compagny has started its housing construction activity in 1993,
directing it at the construction of:

Sinse its establishments until now the compagny has built over 500 apartments,

There are four residential buildings, which are in the process of being constructed,
as well as building of a 4-star hotel complex on the Black Sea coast.
Property Tax:
Annual real estate tax of 0,15% is payable on the book value of
the taxable property
as at 1 January by property owning companies and companies holding rights
in rem with respect to taxable Bulgaria property.
The tax is payable in four quarterly installments during the relevant year.
Annual municipal charges apply on the book value of the
property in the municipality where
the property is located.
Rates are determined locally and, since generally set at around 1%, commonly exceed
the rate of real estate tax outlined above.
VAT
Transfer of ownership, leasing, or transfer of rights in rem over buildings
located in
Bulgaria is a VAT able transaction and is subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20%.
However, letting of residential property to individuals and transfer of ownership
ofland are VAT exempt supplies.
